No Cost Consultation

Feeling comfortable with your therapist is essential and a cornerstone to reaching your therapy goals. That’s why most psychotherapist and clinicians offer free- consultations to ensure you have the freedom to choose someone right for you.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. This brief, no-obligation conversation gives you the opportunity to ask questions, learn about my approach, and see if we’re the right fit.

During our call, you can share your concerns, explore how I can support you, and get a sense of how we might work together to achieve your goals. I want to truly express how much I understand the emotions that may come with reaching out to a new therapist or for the first time.

Reach out today to schedule your free consultation—I look forward to connecting with you.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a deeply personal experience— no two paths to healing are the same. That’s why individual therapy is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that supports your goals, honors your story, and reflects your unique needs.

You may be facing anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever you’re carrying, therapy offers a space to lay it down—to reflect, grow, and move forward with intention.

What to expect

Here is a breakdown of some of the logistics within therapy:

  • Sessions typically occur within 1 hour or 1.5 hours - this breaks down to: 50-minutes or 80- minutes in length of session connection and the remaining 10 minutes is used for the clinician to manage your file (notes, research, resources).
  • It is completely up to you to decide how often you would like to schedule sessions - weekly, biweekly, once a month.

Using research- based therapeutic methods and a human-centered approach, I will be by your side supporting you to reconnect with your strengths, build emotional resilience, and create healthier patterns in your life. Therapy isn’t just about resolving problems, because really, you are not a problem—it’s about stepping into your fullest self.

Change takes immense courage, and the decision to begin therapy is a powerful first step. Let’s begin the journey together.

Couples Therapy

* Currently unable to accept new couple clients. Please reach out if you would like to be placed on the waitlist.

Your relationship wasn’t always like this. Maybe conversations that used to feel easy now lead to tension. Arguments start over small things and never really resolve. You might feel more like roommates than partners—or like you're speaking different languages, even when you still care deeply for one another.

Every couple experiences seasons of stress and disconnection. Whether you've been together for years or are just beginning your journey, it’s common to struggle with communication, unmet needs, or emotional distance.

Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, speak honestly, and truly hear each other again.

In our work together, you’ll learn how to:

  • Communicate with clarity and compassion

  • Understand the core issues beneath recurring arguments

  • Rebuild emotional and physical intimacy

  • Restore trust after betrayal or hurt

  • Handle life transitions—parenthood, grief, career changes—together

  • Strengthen your connection and rediscover what brought you together

You don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns. Change is possible.

A Safe Space for Both of You

One of the most common concerns couples have is: Will the therapist take sides?

I focus on the dynamic between you—not who's "right" or "wrong." My goal is to help both partners feel heard, supported, and seen. I create a neutral, compassionate space where you can explore tough emotions and shift unhelpful patterns without judgment.

Using aspects of effective, research-backed approaches like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we will aim to:

  • Move from blame to understanding

  • Respond instead of react

  • Talk about hard things with honesty and care

  • Rebuild connection, trust, and emotional safety

  • Practice new ways of relating that last beyond the therapy room

Whether you're healing from a rupture, preparing for a future together, or simply wanting to reconnect, couples therapy can help you rebuild a relationship that feels safe, loving, and aligned.

“Being validated by feeling heard and seen is a precondition for feeling safe, which is critical when we explore the dangerous territory of trauma and abandonment.” - Bessel van der Kolk
